Where shipping sits in the path
Spreadsheet rows show the item price—not what lands at your door. Hipobuy shipping cost is only quoted after items arrive at the warehouse, pass warehouse QC, and you submit an international parcel.
Item-stage money still sits upstream in Fees & FX. Cheap freight does not fix a steep conversion on the goods, and a tidy spreadsheet cell includes neither.
The Hipobuy warehouse
After domestic delivery, items are inspected, photographed, and stored in Hipobuy’s China warehouse under User Center → My Warehouse. You usually get about 90 days of free storage from a Stored status—use that window to stack several spreadsheet orders before paying outbound freight.
