How payments usually work
Spreadsheet shoppers typically fund a wallet, then spend that balance on the item stage and later on international freight. International cards go through the wallet, and Klarna shows up when it is available (it sometimes pauses). The exact buttons on the recharge page depend on your region, risk checks, and whether a channel still has daily capacity.
We do not maintain a hard list of every gateway. Anything published as “always available” goes false the week a provider pauses.

Why a payment method disappears
Common reasons a method vanishes from checkout:
- Daily quota: a method such as PayPal can hide when its daily volume cap is hit—not because your account is banned.
- Feature pause or return: Klarna may appear with a daily usage limit that resets on Beijing time. If you do not see it, wait for the reset or use another live option.
- Maintenance or risk filters: a card issuer decline or a temporary gateway outage looks the same as “method missing” until you refresh or try another path.
What to try when the button is gone
- Refresh the recharge or checkout page—caching and half-loaded interfaces happen.
- Check whether you are on wallet top-up, item pay, or freight pay.
- Try another live method shown in your account—do not wait around for a missing logo.
- If the method uses daily caps, retry after the reset window shown in your account (often Beijing time).
- For card declines, confirm your issuer allows international or agent charges before opening a Hipobuy ticket.
